- Full Day: £10 per hour (Minimum 7 hours booking). Designed for when you need a full day in one place, available any time from 8 am to 10 pm.
All options include free secure parking and only require 24 hours' notice to book.

Yes, KOTA offers a 20% discount on all pricing for bookings of 6 consecutive weeks or more. This makes it even more affordable for practitioners seeking a regular space to see their clients.

KOTA Therapy is located at Unit 110 Pollard Street East, Manchester. Our contemporary, clean, and comfortable space is just a 10-minute walk from Islington Mill Metrolink stop and includes free secure private parking.
When you come to Pollard Yard, ignore the doorway with the sign above it on Pollard Street. Instead walk farther down to the large open gates into the carpark/yard. Walk straight in until you see a ramp on your right, walk up the ramp and Unit 110 is the sixth unit on the left. There is parking onsite in the yard.
