Kota Therapy

A calm, flexible space for therapists and anyone seeking support

Welcome to Kota Therapy

A calming space for therapy—and a place to find it.

We offer a beautiful, affordable space for therapists, coaches, and other practitioners to see clients in a warm, contemporary setting at Pollard Yard, Ancoats, Manchester.

But Kota isn’t just for practitioners—it's also a place where clients can begin their own therapeutic journey.

Kathleen O’Connor, the founder of Kota, is a qualified Transactional Analysis therapist offering in-person therapy for individuals seeking support and growth.

Finding an affordable, private space can be a barrier when starting or growing a private practice. Kota was created to offer just that—without long-term contracts or high fees.

The room is designed with care: soft lighting, cosy textures, calming colours, and a feeling of safety.

You'll also find free parking, great transport links, and a growing community of like-minded professionals.

Part of a growing community…

Kota is more than just a room—it’s a space for connection. We host occasional meetups and foster a network of therapists and wellbeing professionals.
